A four-physician allergy practice collected 97.6% of what it was owed in its first year with NatRevMD, starting with the very first month on a brand-new system.
If you run an allergy practice, this will sound familiar. This group was moving to a new practice management system in early 2025 and needed a new billing team at the same time. That is the moment most practices see claims stall and cash fall for months. They also had:
For a practice collecting about $2.4 million a year, every 1% of collection rate is worth roughly $25,000 a year. Moving from 92% to 97.6% at this size would mean about $135,000 more a year, for care the practice has already delivered.
| Visits in | Collected | Written off |
|---|---|---|
| Apr–Jun 2025 (first full quarter in this data) | 97.7% | 1.7% |
| Jul–Sep 2025 | 98.7% | 0.4% |
| Oct–Dec 2025 | 99.0% | 0.7% |
| Jan–Mar 2026 | 96.5% | 1.9% |
| Jun 2025–May 2026 (12 months) | 97.6% | 1.3% |
The practice stayed at 96% or higher every quarter, including the first one on the new system.
How we measure: net collection rate by date of service, using claims at least 120 days old. Self-pay visits excluded. Refunds subtracted from payments. Written off means money lost to denials and other non-contract adjustments, as a share of what the practice was allowed to collect. We use the same method for every client.
No billing year is perfect, and we tell clients the truth about their numbers. Early 2026 dipped slightly to 96.5% when deductibles reset and patients owed more of each bill. When issues come up, we find the cause, fix it, and tell the practice exactly what happened. Next, we are checking benefits and authorizations before visits, especially each January.
“I switched my medical practice billing over to NatRevMD six months ago, and seen a complete turnaround, experiencing far fewer challenges, ease in communication, transparency when issues arise, and overall a feeling of relief that my practice billing is in excellent hands.”
Our promise: if your numbers are not where they should be, we drop our price until they are.
Most owners do not know their real number. In a free 20-minute metric audit, you bring six numbers from last month and we show you how much you are collecting and where the rest is going. No system access, no patient data, no commitment.
